There are instances where during the initial diagnosis, it will be discovered that a part is required to complete the repair.
If this is the case, our technician will quote you on the cost of the parts and you can then decide whether you wish to proceed with the part order / continued repair.
If our technician is to return to fit the part, there will be no further call-out fee, only the cost of labour (if beyond the initial 15 minutes) additional labour is charged at $45 per 15 minutes.
Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS, credit card, Afterpay or bank transfer.
