Not all appliances are repairable. Some appliances have reached the end of their useful life and repairs can cost more than the replacement value. Our experienced technicians can give you advice on this. Usually, getting a service call with Your Appliance Service is money well spent as it could be a simple fix such as a blockage or faulty electronic board. Repairing your appliance could save you hundreds or thousands of dollars compared to a new purchase.

As appliances get older it may become more difficult to get spare parts. We usually advise that getting spare parts for appliances over 10 years old may not be possible. 

That said, not all faults require parts to be repaired and some manufacturers carry stock of parts for many years more than 10 years.  Getting a service call with Your Appliance Service could get your old appliance working and save you hundreds or thousands of dollars compared to buying a new appliance. 

Special orders parts are not returnable once received.

 Yes, Your Appliance Service is an Authorised Service Provider for listed products (Miele, Kleenmaid esatto, Inalto, solt, teka and elica).  

Yes, we offer a warranty on all of our repairs. 

There is a 3-month labour warranty, meaning if your appliance is to fail again with the same fault within 3 months, we will re-attend free of charge. There is a 12-month warranty on all parts meaning if the same part needs to be replaced with the same part within 12 months, we will re-attend free of charge. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will return and fix it for free.

The length of a repair varies depending on the type of appliance and the extent of the damage. We aim to complete all repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
